Private suites, infrared heat, red light — it's the standard Perspire formula, and it's the only dedicated sauna studio we've verified in the city so far.

Cold Plunge Austin on Hyridge Drive in North Austin is a dedicated cold plunge wellness center — cold immersion sessions, nothing else. It's the only cold-plunge-only venue in our Austin data. If you're looking for pure cold immersion rather than a sauna session, this is the one. It's an interesting format — recovery as a class add-on rather than a destination. If you're already taking pilates here, the sauna-and-plunge recovery room is a genuine perk; we wouldn't send you across town for it alone.
