Looking for a sauna in Philadelphia?
Most studios offer single sessions, multi-session packs, and monthly memberships. Infrared sauna sessions typically run 30–45 minutes; cold plunge sessions are shorter. If you're new to contrast therapy, start with one hot-cold cycle and build from there — and confirm hours and prices with the studio before visiting.
