Best Saunas in Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas has two sauna scenes that barely overlap. Of the 16 verified venues in our Las Vegas directory, the Strip and Summerlin resort spas deal in traditional heat and steam — 7 venues with traditional saunas, 6 with steam — while the suburbs run on infrared and contrast studios. Picks are grouped by experience, not ranked.

Strip resort bathhouses

Traditional saunaSteam room

A 50,000-square-foot Roman-inspired bath sanctuary with a cedar sauna, herbal steam room, laconium, Arctic Ice Room, and three thermal pools. The scale is the point — this is the largest thermal bathing facility in our Las Vegas data, and the closest thing to a European therme on the Strip.

Traditional saunaSteam room

A co-ed resort bathhouse inside W Las Vegas with saunas, steam rooms, therapeutic plunge pools, and 12 treatment rooms. The co-ed layout is the differentiator — most resort spas split by gender, so this is the pick for couples who want to soak together.

Steam room

A desert-inspired resort spa at The Cosmopolitan centered on an authentic Turkish hammam, with steam rooms, a heated motherstone slab, whirlpools, and cooling baths. The only hammam in our Las Vegas data — a genuinely different ritual from the dry-heat resort spas around it.

Off-Strip resort luxury

Traditional saunaSteam roomCold plungeContrast therapy

A 25,000-square-foot award-winning resort spa with a Swedish dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge, and private spa pool. It's the rare resort spa in our data with a real cold plunge — the only Strip-or-resort venue here where you can run genuine contrast without leaving the property.

Contrast studios

Infrared saunaCold plungeContrast therapy

A modern recovery studio in Summerlin with private contrast-therapy rooms pairing infrared sauna with a 48-degree cold plunge — plus float pods, cryo, and IV on site. The private-room format is the draw for anyone who finds the resort spas too public.

Halcyon Health

Southwest Las Vegas
Traditional saunaCold plungeContrast therapy

A wellness clinic's private contrast room pairing a 180-degree dry sauna with a 44-degree cold plunge, shower, and reset space. The published numbers are the story: a 30-minute session is $35, 60 minutes is $60 — specific temperatures and specific prices, both rare in this market. Note the heat type: dry sauna, not infrared.

Budget-friendly infrared

Infrared saunaContrast therapy

A Henderson wellness studio pairing infrared sauna with medical-grade red light, whole-body cryotherapy, halotherapy, and contrast protocols. First visit: sauna plus red light for $15 — the cheapest published entry point in our Las Vegas data.

Infrared sauna

Private infrared sauna suites with full-spectrum heat, medical-grade red light, SNØ shower cool-downs, and halotherapy. The intro session is $25 — a low-risk way to try the infrared-suite format before committing anywhere. Glow Sauna Studios in Henderson matches the $25 new-client price with 3-in-1 infrared cabins if you want to compare.

What to know before you go

Resort spas aren't drop-in saunas. The Strip and resort spas generally gate heat access behind spa treatments or day passes — call to confirm what's required and what it costs before you go. The contrast studios, by contrast, sell sessions directly.

Match the heat to your goal. Resort side: traditional dry heat and steam. Suburb side: infrared and cold plunge. They don't mix much in this metro, so decide which ritual you want first.

Henderson is the value corridor. Three of the four venues in our data with published pricing — Elevated ($15 first visit), Perspire ($25 intro), Glow ($25 new client) — are in Henderson/Green Valley. If price matters, start there.

FAQ

How much does a sauna session cost in Las Vegas?

Four of our 16 venues publish pricing: Elevated's first visit is $15 (sauna + red light), Perspire and Glow intros are $25, and Halcyon Health charges $35 for 30 minutes or $60 for 60 minutes of contrast. Resort spas don't publish sauna pricing — expect treatment or day-pass pricing.

Six venues in our data: Pause Studio (48°F plunge), Halcyon Health (44°F plunge), Wellness Sauna & Cryotherapy, SoftTouch Studio Med Spa, Smash Iron Fitness, and The Spa at Red Rock. The Strip resort spas generally do not have cold plunges — Red Rock is the exception.

Is there a Turkish hammam in Las Vegas?

Yes — Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan is centered on an authentic Turkish hammam with steam rooms and a heated motherstone slab. It's the only hammam in our Las Vegas data.
